By accessing or using SeeWooMart.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or placing an order.

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or supervised by a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or ordering.

3. Products & Pricing

Product images are for illustration only. Actual products may vary.
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
Product unavailability
Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
Delivery address issues

5. Delivery

We deliver to valid UK addresses only.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Please inspect all goods on arrival and notify us of any issues within 24 hours.

6. Refunds and Returns

We aim for your complete satisfaction, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6.1 Perishable Goods

We do not accept returns or refunds for perishable or frozen goods, unless they are damaged or faulty upon delivery.
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 24 hours of receipt, with photographic evidence sent to help@seewoomart.com.

6.2 Non-Perishable Goods

You have the right to cancel your order for non-perishable goods within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or we sent it in error.

6.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm a valid claim.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us. Once the order is dispatched, the Refund and Returns policy will apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SeeWooMart shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays beyond our control (weather, strikes, courier issues)
Customer misuse, improper storage, or allergies not disclosed
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website and disclaim liability for system errors or downtime.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use secure third-party services for payment and delivery and do not store your payment card details.
